Remote Access – Meeting

At times, we may have a meeting by remote access support meeting. In this case, I will either send you an email with the session information, or you can join the meeting by following the instructions below.

  1. Click the link below.If you do not have WebEx installed on your computer, you will be asked to install it at this time.
  2. Enter the Meeting Session # (which will be provided to you).
  3. Enter your first and last name, and email address.
  4. Click Submit to join the meeting.

NOTE: Once the meeting is ended by either party, access to your QuickBooks file is no longer available. In other words, access to your QuickBooks file is only available during the meeting.

Remote Access

With certain clients we access their file remotely. This differs from the Remote Access Meeting in that the client does not have to be present to allow access to QuickBooks. The only way for us to have access to your data is for you grant permission for us to access your computer remotely. Unlike the remote meeting, remote access allows repeated access to the QuickBooks file until permission is revoked.

NOTE: The computer with the QuickBooks file must be on and internet access must be available.
